One TIP that may be helpful: when setting up credentials: after the "Calendars to include (retrieve)" box has been populated, user must select one or more calendars which are listed. I've only had it setup for 15 minutes now, but it doesn't seem to be retrieving all my appointments for the selected calendars and its also displaying events that are 9 months off but not some that are much closer.
